PEOPLE IN A HIGHWAY RESTAURANT . . .
Dan Graham
About

Homes for America, a two-page spread originally published in Arts Magazine (December 1966 – January 1967), documents the serial architecture of the American suburbs.
The series of images illustrates all the possible variations on decorative motifs and materials. Through the photographs, Graham draws a critical parallel between the housing industry and the seriality inherited from the aesthetic of Minimal Art.
